Cleveland-Bradley Community Garden Adds Ten New Plots

Organizers in Cleveland say the event builds on years of grassroots effort to bring neighbors together and support local causes.

"It's a big step forward for Cleveland, and it wouldn't have happened without a lot of people pulling in the same direction," said Matthew Brown, neighborhood association president.

Last year's turnout topped 3815 attendees, and organizers say they are hoping to top that number this time with an expanded lineup of activities for families.

Volunteers and sponsors interested in getting involved are encouraged to reach out to organizers ahead of the date.
