The news comes as beauty businesses across Cleveland report steady demand from both longtime regulars and a growing number of first-time clients.
"It's a big step forward for Cleveland, and it wouldn't have happened without a lot of people pulling in the same direction," said Brian Brown, spa manager.
Staff say appointment requests have climbed roughly 15 percent since word first spread on social media. The business currently employs 11 licensed technicians and plans to add more positions if demand keeps pace.

Those interested can book online or by phone, and walk-ins are welcome as availability allows.
